Feedback: Shopping Cart Icon and main menu ads

I'm playing on PC with no custom content or mods, and this happens to me all the time. Not sure what help a screenshot is. I'd need more of a video to show how anytime I leave live mode (whether to go to cas, travel, or edit the world) and come back, the shopping cart shows the notice to buy stuff again. This is obnoxious, and not only does it dissuade me from buying anymore packs, I'm thinking of giving up the game altogether. Plenty of other games out there that don't harass me to spend money.
