Feedback: Shopping Cart Icon and main menu ads

Being blasted by the popup for sales and "buy this pack" isn't going to make me WANT to buy the packs, it's actively pushing me away from doing so. It's annoying and no, this "bug" isn't caused by mods because I have no mods installed on my pc. Please, either stop doing it entirely or give us the option to opt out. I really don't want to have to go as far as using mods to get rid of it myself, that shouldn't even be an option in the first place.
