The shopping cart button and the gallery button block the outfit buttons for the 4th and 5th outfit option when in CAS. Personally, annoyed with seeing the shopping cart yellow dot while in game. 
We do not more promotions\marketing within gameplay. Personally, makes me not want to play the game with the number of busy things on just the main menu. We do not need to be reminded that there are packs available for purchase.
