Fix the plantsims

It's already time we players get Plantsims finally fixed/taken care of properly.

1. Make Plantsims a permanent life state:
It's been years since people are asking Plantsims to be permanent, because currently we need to be eating again and again the fruit to keep being a plantsim which feels like we are pretending/lying something since we constantly need to reaffirm and fight against the game. This breaks our immersion.

2. Allow better plantsim's hair customization:
The team need to choose if they'll change the Plantsims legacy by having hair (if so unlock all hairstyles for us) or leaf hair like in previous games. AND if they're able to have hair you also need to determine if we'll be able to use other hair colors or just green, because even in TS3 they had additional colors on the green leaf hair.

 
3. Make Plantsims have unique visual:
We also need Plantsims to be visually unique, currently any occult can look like them since they only have green skin and green hair which are avaible for everyone in the game. All previous games that features Plantsims makes them unique and totally distinct from sims and other life states which is not the case of The Sims 4. We need their skin to be different with details that resembles plants (because that's what they are) and them to have their vegetal clothes and accessories even if someone wants to change them to normal clothes.

 
4. Free the plantsim's abilities from Enchanted by Nature:
It doesn't make sense keeping them to that pack because plantsims are a base game feature. Also why keep them to this pack if we can create with fairies better plantsims?
