Flower Arranging Skill Gained from Bonsai Tree

I'm not entirely sure this is a glitch, however I found it odd that if it was added to the features of the Bonsai Tree object, that the object description doesn't list it.

I have no mods or CC currently installed.  On this computer, I only have the base game, Outdoor Retreat, and Get to Work active.  (I have all the other packs installed, however I used the game properties through the EA app to deactivate the other packs as this is an older computer.)

My sim already had max gardening. Pruning the Bonsai Tree granted her skill gains for Flower Arranging.  The object description only lists Gardening. Since Flower Arranging is a skill from Seasons, I found it odd as there is no way to put this skill to use otherwise.

Completely up to date on all patches.

This has been active for awhile. I did not have seasons for the longest time and would get flower arranging from pruning the Bonsai Tree. Once I got the pack where you gain the skill, all my sims retained their flower arranging skill. If you don't have seasons, you cannot use the skill.

It should be added to the object description then, because while it certainly makes a degree of sense, it seems odd that the object description wasn't updated.  Good to know it's not just because I have deactivated the other packs though!

I have been playing the sims games for years. I used to know how to disable content in sims 3 games but I don't know how to do that on sims 4. I am going to check this out. I have seasons and I don't like to use mods to control weather and when plants grow in and out of their seasons. If I could disable that I might try game play without it on.

I just googled "How to disable Sims 4 packs."  There's a super handy site where James Turner has made it really easy to do.  Just remember, any save you currently have where certain things are already placed, it might get cranky if you disable to pack after the fact.  (I've never actually tried doing it that way.  I have specific save files for what packs I want active.  I've been playing on an old laptop instead of my desktop so it doesn't have to same kind of power.)
