For Rent improvement

Does anyone find it extremely irritating that the residential rentals cost 200 simoleons a day when they’re 5 stars and big? I genuinely don’t get why there is no feature to set the rent when we’re editing a residential lot that we don’t want to own. These sims earn so much and then spend nothing on rent. It really takes away from the game because I don’t want to own every residential lot to set the price for them.
