The excessive use of phones gets absurd, they even do it while swimming! If they wanted to include that element, they should have at least done it correctly. It should be a negative trait like "smartphone addict", and it should trigger negative reactions when someone does it constantly while holding a conversation.
@Iceman_HSV , the "Smartphone Addict" trait is a good idea! ❤️ That way there could be a level of reality but not everyone would be affected! 😉

Oh, that's true. I have that expansion, but I haven't delved much into it. Although it would make more sense if it were a base game trait, since it's not something exclusive to celebrities. Either way, they shouldn't normalize what is actually an unhealthy habit in real life, and very annoying in-game.
@Wyrmelin , you are right. I don't play the celebrity track that often, and haven't played it in a good while, so I forgot about that quirk! 🤦♀️
And I agree that a technophobe should never autonomously use their phone !
woah that's actually a great solution, not every sims should be affected with using their phones
