Freelancer Career should be accessible to Teen Sims

While I understand most of the careers have schedules that would clash with School hours, the Freelancer career has no set time so Teens can work after-school or the weekends on gigs so I see no reas...

I think it depends on the type of freelance job, gig or career. Something similar to part-time jobs. Can teens do live streaming in game?

They can but I'm talking about the base game Freelance jobs (Digital artist, Writer and Programmer) and DLC jobs (Crafter, ghost hunter and photographer). Teens should be able to do it since there are no set hours which won't interfere with School and gives more variety since when was the last time Teens got a new career?
