Full autonomy mode Sim will not auto-solve basic needs
Issue:
Sim has full autonomy (as per settings from in-game menu) but will not eat harvested food from inventory nor relieve themselves without an oven+fridge, or toilet on or near the lot despite having a health food preference and both Natural Living Skill and Werewolf abilities that would allow them to summon a privy bush or just "mark territory" near where they stand rather than (if detected) try run across a neighborhood to a public toilet (they won't reach in time) and acquire a negative moodlet. Also despite having no raw meat preferring werewolf trait while having harvestable food (e.g. an apple) in their inventory already they will still waste time to "go hunt" which just adds another food item into their inventory.
Proposed fix:
These programmed Sim behaviors need to have a structured priority that makes contextual sense (based on location, inventory, skills, supernatural status, traits, preferences, least time to fulfill, etc) because at the moment they seem to simply cancel each-other out and the Sim does nothing instead. I don't need them to be the next Einstein but a basic AI should give the Sim a semblance of artificial intelligence not artificial incompetence - which is what is happening in this bug.
Or, I imagine the simplest fix (least new code) is giving us a menu (like chopstick types) to set an individual Sims preferred auto-solve action per need category that would only be overwritten if for example no toilet/bush in reasonable range or no edible food actually in inventory to eat.
