like i said it's a mix of island living and eco lifestyle
i think it should come with 2 neighbourhoods despite being an island
one is a beach location you can clean up the plastic's (both sands and if you do find one on the beach) and the other is a more dirty environment with abandoned clothes which is very much damaged or broken you can make things out of it like newer clothes or other items (maybe even furnitures that's locked untill you create them)

it's a little too small to make it an Expansion Pack so Game Pack makes more sense to me
