General option to make cats & dogs spawn in all worlds

One of the reasons I installed Cats & Dogs is because I wanted to start seeing pets walking around the different worlds since I believe that enriches the general gameplay. However that's limited to B...

Exactly what i think. If they could make an option to keep werewolves only in Moonwood Mill or not, they can and definetly SHOULD do it for cats and dogs.
