Hi. I have been thinking about some things that I think are great ideas in the Sims4 this morning-
Just one thing is a very inexpensive reward "Observant." It seems to help in all areas of Simmie's lives, both professional and personal.
Also, I really like the new Lifetime Aspirations. That's all. ๐

I must admit that I had to google what the Observant Trait does:
'Observant Sims learn the traits of others just by meeting them.'
Ah, that's really great for the police career, for example ๐ฎ
My favourite trait is the Fresh Chef trait:
'Fresh Chefs always make the highest quality food, and it never spoils!'
Food that never spoils! That's so awesome since you can put it everywhere on display - forever ๐ฐ
Really great for setting up a bakery, for example.
Or a cheese cellar ๐ง
Observant is a great and helpful trait for sims to have @brrclgh1 ๐ It does help in careers and also with daily life with family, friends and sims they socialise with.
The Fresh Chef is very helpful! @LennyOgg ๐ I like my sims having it, as it is very nice useful that the food is high quality and doesnโt spoil.

I usually choose observant very early in my games as well. I also love speed reader, then buy 3 skill books ( usually gardening, logic and handiness) and I can quickly fill some early milestones and earn satisfaction rewards - extra quickly if utilising the bonuses from tiny home lot traits.
Fresh chef has to be one of the best traits especially for setting up stores or cellarsโฆ. Love those photos
Speed Reader is a great trait for simmers to have! @OzSimsFamily ๐ It makes reading books go much quicker and does help with milestones and building up satisfaction points.
The Handy trait is very helpful for instant upgrades ๐ It is a great trait for sims to have.
I like Always Welcome so my sims don't get yelled at while visiting family and wanting to cook for them, lol.

When starting a new save just now, I realised that I usually try to align the lot traits with the story I am trying to tell or with my simโs main aspiration/s, eg Sim wants to excel in education career and complete the Bestselling Author aspiration I might use Fast Internet, Home Studio and Study Spot. If I am starting with a single sim, I usually use a micro home as well to gain all the tiny home benefits. Of course with some of the new crystal effects being so strong, the lot traits, aspiration rewards etc may become far less significant.
