What a wonderful idea for a new topic. It will be so fascinating reading simmers responses.
I usually choose observant very early in my games as well. I also love speed reader, then buy 3 skill books ( usually gardening, logic and handiness) and I can quickly fill some early milestones and earn satisfaction rewards - extra quickly if utilising the bonuses from tiny home lot traits.
@OzSimsFamily I forgot about Speed Reader! What a good idea to use it for skill reading. I'll be choosing this reward trait going forward.
I like Always Welcome so my sims don't get yelled at while visiting family and wanting to cook for them, lol.
