When starting a new save just now, I realised that I usually try to align the lot traits with the story I am trying to tell or with my sim’s main aspiration/s, eg Sim wants to excel in education career and complete the Bestselling Author aspiration I might use Fast Internet, Home Studio and Study Spot. If I am starting with a single sim, I usually use a micro home as well to gain all the tiny home benefits. Of course with some of the new crystal effects being so strong, the lot traits, aspiration rewards etc may become far less significant.

Lot traits are very helpful for the types of sims households that live there! @OzSimsFamily 🙂 They are very useful in many aspects and areas of their lives.
Living in a tiny living home does bring many helpful benefits with it.
