Doctor pregnancy interaction should show all babies and

When a Sim who is a doctor determines the gender of a pregnant Sim’s baby, it would be great if the interaction could also detect multiple babies.

For example, if the Sim is expecting twins — one boy and one girl — the doctor currently may only announce one gender. This makes the interaction less useful because you still don’t know if there is another baby.

It would be much better if the result could say something like:

“You’re expecting twins: one boy and one girl!”

Or:

“You’re expecting twin boys!”

It would make the doctor interaction more realistic and actually useful for twin or triplet pregnancies.
