[GTW][BH] [AA] Assigned/Scheduled activities/roles not taking place as expected

The Clubs, Small Businesses, Custom Venues and Getaways all seem to use a similar system for choosing/scheduling activities. Sometime the chosen activities do not get done by the unplayed Sims assigned to those tasks/roles/activities. 

For example: There is an Employee assignment for the [BH] Coffee and [HSY] Bubble Tea Counters, but there is no mention of it in the customer activities.

Employee:  Sims will tend and take paid orders on:

• Coffee Counters
• Espresso Bars
• Bubble Tea Counters

But there is no mention of the Coffee Counter or Bubble Tea Counter in Customer activities.

Sims will order and consume drinks from:

• Bars
• Juice Kegs

Sims will make and consume drinks from:

• Coffee Makers
• Espresso Machines

Sims will brew and drink tea on:

• Tea Brewers
• Bubble Tea Counters
• Kettles
• Tea Sets

There should be a customer activity:

Sims will order and consume drinks or food from:

• Coffee Counters
• Espresso Bars
• Bubble Tea Counters
