Ideas
I can confirm, PC, with mods removed/disabled:
- Seance Tables: Sims don't use them (besides reading and talking at the table to each other) even if it's the only activity available on the schedule.
- Apothecary Table: they start then bug out and stand there for a bit.
- But Cauldrons, I did manage to get to work (and they were spellcasters (but they did not work when I forgot to add spellcasters)).
- Tarot reading didn't seem to work either when the decks where available on the lot, but when I gifted a deck to a Sim assigned to the role to use it—they did. I don't know which Sims already have this item in their inventory or I'd assign directly.
Apothecary Table glitch and staring at the mortar they filled/started to use, and after a while they walk away.

Literally my entire purpose for purchasing this was to make Hogwarts. Every single skill I wanted to use does not work with custom venues. They will not do magic, they will not use apothecary tables, seance tables, gemology tables, or cauldrons. There is no option to study tomes or vampire lore.

Right? I wanted to create an occult (mostly spellcaster leaning) game, and this was one of the reasons I got this EP.
So that you can be in non-Magic Realm to have Sims acting more occult-ish activities, seances, gemology, cauldrons, apothecary tables, etc. Now I find myself just waiting for fixes, and my desire to play the game since AA has been deflated : /
