Health Food Nut Lifestyle
My adventurous sim, just got the health food nut lifestyle, since they started as a rags to riches they could only afford the fridge and made a ton of salads which is how he got the lifestyle. However...
That’s such a relatable Sims dilemma! I agree that the definition of "healthy" in the game could use some fine-tuning—especially since dishes like avocado maki rolls, which are packed with nutritious ingredients, seem like they should qualify. It’s definitely odd that Snowy Escape and City Living introduced so many culturally rich and health-conscious meals, yet they don't align with the health food nut lifestyle. I hope they patch it to include a broader range of foods!
In the meantime, experimenting with salads and lighter dishes seems like the way to go if you want to avoid the energized buff while still keeping your Sim happy. If you're in need of more food inspiration IRL, why not check out Wendy's Menu? It’s full of delicious options, and you can always find something that feels like a treat after gaming!
