Higher zoom/resolution in Tattoo Paint mode (and other improvements)

When using the Custom Tattoo Paint mode, it would be super helpful to be able to zoom in closer on the area, like how the 'Detail Mode' on faces can be accessed in CAS. 

Having an option for finer linework and smaller stamp sizing would also be great, though I'm guessing the resolution limit is there for resources/performance reasons.

Other tattoo improvements high on my list are free placement/scaling of existing tattoo designs (i.e. use like a stamp), copy/paste, ability to save a layer as a stencil/stamp, and symmetry options.
