Hire upgrade service

Currently, you can call the repair service to repair items, but could we get a feature where we can click on an item and hire a service to come upgrade it for us? I don't see my rich sim doing grunt work like upgrading a refrigerator in real life. It would be cool to just be able to hire a service to do it. Maybe make it to where you have to pay a certain amount and have all the parts available...
