erica_kane_lbc​  I bet Maxis would love to see this save of yours, and backups if you have them.  Here's how to provide them:

Feel free to reply here when you've provided the save(s), just in case you want to be absolutely sure someone picked them up.  I wouldn't see them myself, but I can flag your post to make sure someone's looking.  For the summary of the issue, you can just say what you wrote in this thread.
