Idea for an update

Please please please please make an update where we could have realistic things like a menstrual cycle and menopause and things like that as well as a preteen age. Maybe even have realistic interactions like taking a walk with a new born and being able to carry a new born and different things like that. Even having formula for the babies and a breast milk pump. And please please please please please could we get a thing where we can have actual playable pets? Maybe even realistic werewolves and vampires? And maybe even have hybrids if possible.
