IDEA: Under Construction KIT
There are a lot of Simmers who enjoy Restoration Build challenges, Shell challenges, or Rags to Riches challenges. Maybe we could cater to that gameplay style by offering a kit with an Under Construction aesthetic. This Kit could create a new challenge where a Sim could build their home by first using this kit, then slowly renovate each room.
The main feature would be the Exposed Stud fence. This would be great for planning out a new home or mapping a new extension to an existing house. Secondary features would be the Exposed Truss roof texture and Open Frame windows.
This kit would pair nicely with Eco Lifestyle and Get To Work expansion packs. Some items would make great clutter for Tool Sheds and Garages.
