Landlords Making Improvements

I think when you are a landlord of a property and you are visiting that property, you should be able to go directly into Build Mode and make improvements to the tenants living area (upgrade appliances, new paint/wallpaper, etc) and have it come out of your bank account. Any changes to a residence rental after the tenant moves in has to go through Manage Worlds and is not charged to the landlord. I'm getting the rent, I should be able to make improvements while I'm there and take the charges.
