Larger lot sizes and more lot types

I think it’s necessary to have some larger lot sizes than 64x64, as well as more 64x64 lots too.
My mansion/luxury builds are always limited because of the lot size. And I think even my more off the grid and farming builds would benefit from this too. It would open up more options for different lot types, like resorts and hotels, malls, large scale hospitals, etc.  I also would love to have more range to have more than one lot type on one single lot. For instance, having the option for your sim to be self-employed and run a business out of their home or on their property would be amazing! So to have the option to make the lot type part residence and the other part spa or something would be really cool.
