[LD] Write Obituaries always available

The write obituaries option under the writing section in computers is always available, regardless of skill and career. It has the undertaker icon on it, which makes me think it's supposed to be career specific. If it's supposed to be available, then it might have the wrong icon on it (thanatology would make more sense if it's supposed to be there all the time).
