[LD] Write Obituaries always available

The write obituaries option under the writing section in computers is always available, regardless of skill and career. It has the undertaker icon on it, which makes me think it's supposed to be care...

What it says on the tin. My sim's able to write obituaries but isn't in the undertaker career.
