I would love to see a Victorian / 19th century expansion pack with a new world that is set in that time period. All NPCs would wear attire from that decade - there could be an option to turn this on for the whole world so you don't have random sims showing up in modern day clothes. Computers and TVs could still exist but they are in the form of spinning wheels, books and black and white TV projector type screens. The animations would need to change a bit maybe. There are currently mods for these two things that could easily be incorporated into the game if you got in touch with the creators. In terms of the gameplay, there could be new aspirations to be an accomplished lady, for example, which involves sewing, playing piano, singing etc. It would be amazing!
