Listen to DJ music want has unhelpful hint
This want genuinely doesn't seem possible to fulfill. I try having my sim dancing at a nightclub because there's no listen option when a DJ is playing, I tried resetting the DJ and selecting a genre using it as a stereo as the want itself suggested. It NEVER fulfills! The hint on the want tells players to use the DJ booth as a stereo while a DJ is playing. This isn't actually possible because when the DJ is playing music, the booth is counted as in use and you can't use it as a regular stereo and select a genre! At this point I'm going to have to just use the reward store potion to reroll wants every time it comes up because it's either broken or whoever coded it didn't understand how DJ booths worked in game and accidentally made a completely unsolvable want.
I would also like to note, I'm at the point that while I'm frustrated, I'm fine with giving up and rerolls wants all the time as annoying as that is. I'm much more upset about the hint being completely unhelpful because it's not even how the DJ booth functions when a DJ is actually using it! It makes sense to allow it to be a stereo in case a DJ doesn't show up or it's on a lot type that won't normally just spawn one in without one having to be hired. This is why I've put this here instead of filing any kind of bug report. It's so much more frustrating looking to the game to how I'm supposed to solve this want and it gives me a hint that if I didn't already have some understanding how the booths normally work I wouldn't even be able to figure out what it was telling me because I wouldn't even know in use DJ booths can't be used as stereos. There's also a chance this is solvable and not actually broken but the hint is just worded incorrectly so I'm not actually attempting the actions I'm supposed to. I'm sorry if this is repetitive or doesn't make sense, it's late and I'm irrationally upset over a hint in a video game.
long story short, I'd like if EA at least changed the wording on the hint to make it more clear what needs to be done instead of actions that physically can't be done in vanilla gameplay. and also just wanted to rant somewhere they might at least see on the off chance it actually does get this hint, maybe other if they aren't clear or fully actionable by players, changed to at least make a little more sense with how the game functions.
