I enjoy that the Sims strive to be inclusive, however, removing the labels of girlfriends or boyfriends or wife or husband, and replacing them with only gender neutral options doesn’t feel inclusive. Not everyone uses non-binary or gender neutral labels. Accepting and being inclusive to one group should not mean excluding another. The more inclusion the better. So if the Sims developers do read these forums, Please bring back the other labels while keeping the new ones so that everyone can enjoy the gameplay revolving around romantic relationships. Everybody wants love.
