Making "spouse" and "partner" labels toggleable in CAS

I was really happy to see that the game has updated the language for romantic relationships to default to the gender neutral "partner" and "spouse." I think having the game default to these terms is ...

Yes, this. Erasure of the terms husband/wife and girlfriend/boyfriend are not cool. This should be an option for those who want it, not forced on everyone because some of us liked having those terms. I don’t want the new terms toggled on and this has impacted my enjoyment of the game.
