Making "spouse" and "partner" labels toggleable in CAS

I was really happy to see that the game has updated the language for romantic relationships to default to the gender neutral "partner" and "spouse." I think having the game default to these terms is ...

@CuteeOwl I hope more people make it known that adding "partner "and "spouse" were a great idea but taking away the others were not cool so the Devs can see it and hopefully reverse it.

@Madd14 Same. It used to be fun and make me smile when I would get a pop up saying so-and-so was asking my sim to be their girlfriend or boyfriend. That’s gone now. I get no enjoyment out of the romantic partner pop up
