Making "spouse" and "partner" labels toggleable in CAS

I was really happy to see that the game has updated the language for romantic relationships to default to the gender neutral "partner" and "spouse." I think having the game default to these terms is ...

This shouldn't even need to be a toggle. Just add it back into the list among the other relationship names. I use a mod that makes it possible to still use the old relationship names, but I want to use mods for basic stuff like that, but here we are...

Please, please, pretty please add back the old relationship labels.
