Miss any features of the sims 3.

ah yeah, I actually ended up downloading a mod for a doorbell. I kept missing the guest.

I miss the color wheel too & also love the future expansion pack I miss that the most.

What was the name of this restaurant from Sims 3? 

I do dislike business in sim4 for the fact you can't just ser open closing times and have it just prompt you if you wanted to stay open later like it does with vacations.  If i was at my vet store physically i would forget i opened it and all my staff would be upset for because they had to work 60 hours straight.

Yeah that's fair enough. But the restaurants i'm talking about are the ones you can get from the sims 3 store. They allow you to own your own, set the menu, hire sims to work there, and choose when it opens and closes. Not as in depth as the ones in previous games or even sims 4 as it's kind of a set it and forget it type of deal. You can't choose who gets hired or actually work there yourself in any way but you do get paid for the sims that eat there at the end of the day and can take your sim to eat there as well so they do exist.

I basically don't count rabbit holes for anything. Also the counter "restaurants" in World Adventures don't really count for much either 

Some of things from the sims 4 you mentioned would make the game better if they were in the sims 3 actually were in the sims 3.

• You can get jewelry making with a set from the sims 3 store. 
• Same with non rabbit hole restaurants. 
• Hotels came with Island Paradise although they were bugged and never fixed.
• Multi purpose lots were kind of a thing. They had multi purpose community lots but they were all rabbit holes. It started with Late Night. They combined lots like the book store and spa, the office building and the rabbit hole restaurant were together, and city hall, the police station and the military base were combined in to one building. These were also a little buggy too though.

BRING BACK DOORBELLS

I love the list of things, especially having the CAS options of Sims 3. However, I think wexxam​ is right. I want to believe that is due to the team not wanting to price out the vast majority of the fan base. We're not getting open worlds because it requires more powerful hardware or something and apparently Sims 5 is going to be "open." I have told myself that is also the reason for not having a Sims 3 like CAS.

Another thing I liked was being able to skate on frozen lakes. 

Would be nice to have an entire ice hotel, to be honest. Give us ice beds and tables with seats covered in fur and ice sculpting hobby with the option to add light and colour to the ice sculptures and I could have fun with that.
