More body presets for belly shapes
I think it's crazy such an average chest/belly shape like this requires two mods: One for a custom body preset, and one for a skin overlay that hides the musculature that you simply can't get...

I can get sims to look somewhat similar to that. It does take not only the presets and fat/muscle sliders, but you also can tweek the sim by molding it with the mouse pulling in/out areas. With a bit of practice, they don't always look too muscular or scrawny.
