Apartment and penthouse shells are technically one separate object, so you can't clone any specific parts of them.  The windows do exist in City Living, so just filter by pack to get them. The grey wallpaper should be under 'Masonry'. As for the dark grey parts, I think you have to use one of the paints. 'Pure Expressions', I think?

Okay, I checked in-game and the matching wallpaper for both sections is 'Unbent Smoothness' under masonry.
