My sims 4 game is unplayable on console now.

I was wondering when relying on packs and kits to have a proper game with options, was going to crash my game completely. With how many times it's crashed in the last few days, it's unplayable. I keep it updated, but that only seems to make it less playable. I don't understand why I would have to buy it again just to play a game I already paid for, for PC and console separately. With what I've seen, console looks and feels like half of the game it is than on PC. If we could play on both platforms without paying double, it would soothe a lot of heartbreak for console players. This is ludicrous. Especially for a game that doesn't feel play tested whatsoever. I'm not investing in this game anymore. If I can't tell if it's play tested or not, and especially not for console with every pack and kit, I'm done buying from EA. RIP Sims 4.
