Neighborhoods with tones of fake buildings looks dead...

I see that every new pack has a huge problems with fake houses. Ok... that decorations makes area more detailed and nice, but there are no activities for our Sims or no Sims in general. Mirage Park in...

It’s a very bad design to have empty set dressing lots in the middle of the worlds. Wakaba or whatever it’s called in Snowy Escape looks completely dead every time I see video footage of it. It has nothing but a few vending machines in it. What is the point of it?
