Neighborhoods with tones of fake buildings looks dead...

I don't mind the painted backdrops, but Evergreen Harbor has too many fake buildings. I like the way it works in Willow Creek, where there are fake ones in the distance to make it look more real but the usable lots are clustered together around neighborhood spaces that are useful, like playgrounds and things.
