Neighborhoods with tones of fake buildings looks dead...

I see that every new pack has a huge problems with fake houses. Ok... that decorations makes area more detailed and nice, but there are no activities for our Sims or no Sims in general. Mirage Park in...

Yes it’s annoying. You can’t even interact with most of the neighborhood.

Also I’d like my sims to have neighbors, that you see coming home or getting out of it, hanging out in the backyard, having a barbecue, gardening.....you know, like real neighbors.
