New Bugs in the Game

We all know there have been MANY bugs in the sims 4, but this new one makes the game entirely unplayable. I've had to delete every household I've started. I have been playing the sims since sims 2 and this is the first time I could not work around a bug to play the game. It is infuriating that they put their time into creating the reaper rewards instead of fixing their game. I can cheat and get my sims whatever potions they need from the aspiration panel, I don't need to complete the reaper rewards to get that. What I need is the game to be playable, so I can PLAY the GAME?? Why are we putting out new expansion packs? focus on fixing the game. Or better yet, scrap the whole thing and start over. This is ridiculous. My sim won't age up. I try to have her blow out candles, I try to cheat and force an age up, but no. It just resets all my sims in the household and I have to try again or delete the whole game. Why are these bugs being ignored? Why hasn't the high chair ever been fixed? like these are issues that have been in the game for years. Where are the solutions at? If the game is that bad and you can't fix it, start over. Spending all this money on a game for it to be unplayable is disappointing. You are losing a fanbase that has been supporting you for years. Do something.
