New world neighbourhoods
I would like the next EPs to have neighbourhoods where all the houses are livable , like in the Foundry Cove neighbourhood of Willow Creek, and neighbourhoods like Oasis Springs , Forgotten Hollow ...

I doubt something like this will happen until they get the funding to redo the game engine. Currently it's designed to run on potatoe computers and in general old. Also it would be more fuitfull to ask for a create a world tool instead where you can make your own wolds from scratch and place as many lots as your computer can handle...bringing the Sandbox character of the Sims franchise back is the key here...
