I never asked for a challenge like this. Gameplay like this isn''t fun for me and I don't want to be forced to spend money to have a better game experience.
- @Melisendre Infants are for people who want a challenge. Don't want a challenge? Immediately age them up to toddler, or even child. Certainly don't buy Growing Together, because that will make them even harder with quirks and needing to reach milestones in order to unlock interactions that they have by default in base game.
But the Growing Together challenges are actually fun gameplay. This is just a chore simulation, which some portion of the fan base seems to find entertaining for reasons I will never understand, but I'm fine with y'all getting what you want as long as it isn't forced on the rest of us with no options. It should be optional like laundry and vacuuming, not an automatic thing forced on us by a free update.
- I discovered today that if you don't want to have dirty diapers and empty baby bottles on the floor, you can maximize parenting skills and then choose the "super efficient baby care" option. I tried it today and it left nothing on the floor.
@Melisendre , you are not forced into buying anything. The quickest and easiest way to handle this comes free with the game, and that is the ability for you to click on the object and drag it to the trash yourself! 🙌 We already do that with dirty plates in the game, so why is this any different. 🤷♀️
- @PugLove888 I know how I can handle it by myself and I know I could use cloth diapers. But throwing the diapers into the trash or doing the laundry is not the gameplay I have fun with.
One reason why I will skip the infants live stage are the diapers and bottles on the floor. This can't be the intention of adding infants to game. Playing with infants should be fun no matter what kind of player you are.I've found it most efficient to simply use the infants as mobile trashcans and drag the dirty diapers and bottles into the infant.
