You get 30 simoleons for each diaper and each bottle if you use the NanoCan trash can. And it's very realistic having them end up on the floor. It would be funny having them go to your inventory, then you walk around smelling though. In the new expansion there is a diaper pail. EDITING TO ADD: The price isn't set...I've had it be 20-40 simoleons depending on the game, location, etc.
I love those trash cans! I noticed it varied and started paying closer attention when I started the 100 baby challenge. It isn't based on location but it's 10 simoleons per household member. So when solo it's 10 but in a full household you get 80!
