Newborn disappeared...Help?
Hello! I made this couple have a baby but when I tried to split the household and move the baby while it was still newborn, the baby disappeared completely. I went into the new household that I moved the baby to and it was not in the family panel with the other sims I moved. So, I went to the previous household to see if the baby was in the bassinet and it wasn't. I tried to reset the bassinet with no luck, and then I tried to reset the sim but it said 'Sim not found'. The baby is no longer in the family tree either and the parents have no recollection of having a baby. In case it matters, I do not play with mods and I have all packs, except the last two kits that just came out.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is there a way to get the baby back?
DISREGARD – I decided to restart the game since I hadn’t saved anything yet. I saved the house I’d just built to my Gallery and then exited without saving. When I reopened the game, the baby was back in the original household. Everything is fine now!
