No action taken message for gallery report of injured, bleeding dog
I reported an upload on the Gallery earlier today for something titled "Homeless Dog" which depicted an injured and bleeding dog. I would like to know how that is okay with EA. I was not the only one disturbed by this, as can be seen in the comments. This has been on the gallery since 2018, how is that okay? There is no option to appeal. This is the message I received:

Hello,
Thank you for reporting your concern and helping make our The Sims 4 community a positive place to play.
We reviewed your report and didn’t take any action this time.
HERE’S WHY:
Our well-trained, dedicated team reviewed your report, supported by automation tools and established policies and processes and didn't take any action this time. You may also receive this email if the content you reported has already been reported by other users and is now under review.
We investigate the context before deciding if reported content or accounts follow the guidelines in our Positive Play Charter and the rules in our User Agreement . Sometimes, a single comment in a broader conversation—or an opinion that differs extremely from yours—may not be a violation.
If this was a voice chat report, we don’t currently support voice data or recordings in all of our games or languages so we can't always take action on voice chat. We're still working on the best way to review reported voice chats for more of our games.

This is not about a difference in opinion. No one should be okay with this, it's incredibly disturbing.
Thanks wigglebean, I've found the upload now and I'll flag it internally.
