not showing option to forge baby with married partner

I have tried to do the secret child affair option in the new royal legacy pack, and it wont show the option to have the secret child with my husband. Or alloow me to forge it on my family tree....

Could you please provide the following information

Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do. Please pick a thread tag for that.

Not sure if you can have a secret child with a married partner but do you have the option with Sims your Sim is not married to ?
