City Living: Buildable Apartments
Cats & Dogs: Pet UI
Seasons: More weather effects
Get Famous: Bigger world, preferably waterside lots by the coast of the city, I feel like that's very LA.
Island Living: haven't bought this pack yet, waiting for a sale, but from what I've seen I wish they added open water swimming and boating in all worlds.

Outdoor Retreat: open water swimming and boating, imagine canoeing in granite falls
Dine Out: The ability to work the other positions in the restaurant
Jungle Adventure: Better temple puzzles, the puzzles from Sims 3 World Adventures were MUCH better
StrangerVille: Longer/more rewarding/challenging story
Stuff Packs
Spooky Stuff: The ability to change into this packs costumes with the Wear Costume tradition from Seasons
Kids Room Stuff: Ability for other ages to play with void critters
Vintage Glamour Stuff: Butler interactions from clicking on your own sim
Bowling Night Stuff: Fix bowling, it's really buggy right now
Toddler Stuff: Ability to invite any toddler that are in the worlds without having to meet them
My First Pet Stuff: They shouldn't have added any adult content in this pack, all of the clothes should've been for kids/toddlers and pets, makes no sense to add adult content for a kids oriented pack, just silly
