Options for Sick Sims.

So I would like options for Sick Sims since the beginning sick Sims will take medication and be better or if you leave them sick it really won't do anything that much but pass it on all over the house. I would like realistic Sick Sims be sick for between 1-3 days have the option to take medication and be healthy as before or go to the hospital get a doctor's note and be out of work and school for a couple days. Also make soup, tea, have a thermometer, if they want to lay bed or couch. Take medication in Sim time. Again some sickness are contagious so be careful.
