Personalized imaginary friend

Hi,

I've only started playing with the imaginary friends today and noticed that I can't changer their appearance. I don't understand the concept of imaginary friends that are actually the same for every kid since there's only 4 choices. 

Could it be possible to change their appearance through CAS with specific/non human skins, skintones, eyes, etc.?
